CHAT was established August 4, 1999 and has been responsible for providing outstanding services in the disability field ever since. CHAT Center is an organization that provides a variety of services through the Wyoming Developmental Disabilities Division Waiver program including Case management, ABI Services, Residential Services, Day Habilitation Services, and Vocational Services.
